CHEF'S PRIVATE DINNER 2026 This 5-course Made in Michigan menu offers a sophisticated, hyper-local dining experience blending rustic Michigan ingredients with modern European techniques. It features foraged mushrooms, regional chèvre, and farm-raised chicken, merging classic tavern fare with Italian Baci and Cioppino styles, celebrating local agriculture and Midwestern social dining. This 5 course menu is priced at $ 140 per person.
